Extraction Kitchen Details

  • Extractor capacity: 32 frames

  • Session length: 3 hours (typically plenty of time for 32 frames)

  • Cost:

    • $65 for a 3-hour session

    • $130 for extended access (up to a full day)

The kitchen is equipped with:

  • Various uncapping tools

  • An uncapping tank

  • Strainers

  • Additional miscellaneous tools for your convenience

Customers are responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use.

  • or full-day access: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Seasonal Availability

  • Open mid-May through December

  • Mid-August through the end of September is our busiest season
    (Booking early during this time is strongly recommended.)

Take-Home Extractor Rental (Great for Small Batches!)

For customers with smaller honey harvests, we also offer a simple 3-frame hand-crank extractor that can be rented and used at home.

Rental details:

  • $40 for a two-day rental

  • Extractor must be returned by noon on the day of return

  • Advance booking is required

Weekend bonus:
Because we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, weekend rentals receive an extra day at no additional charge.

This option is perfect for backyard beekeepers who want to extract on their own schedule without investing in equipment.
