HopGuard® III | Hop-Acid Mite Treatment for Honey Bees
BetaTec Hop Products HopGuard® III is a hop beta acid–based mite treatment commonly used by beekeepers to help manage varroa mite levels in honey bee colonies when applied according to label instructions.
HopGuard III uses strips infused with hop acids derived from hops (Humulus lupulus). It is often selected for use during brood-present periods and is part of many beekeepers’ integrated pest management (IPM) programs.
