Made with our fresh local wildflower honey, each batch of infused honey is crafted using real fruits, spices, and botanicals—never extracts or artificial flavoring.
Fresh ingredients are added directly to the honey and allowed to infuse naturally over time. The honey slowly absorbs the flavor, aroma, and moisture from the ingredients, creating a smooth, richly flavored honey that highlights both the local honey and the infusion itself.
Because we use real ingredients and small-batch methods, infused honey flavors are produced in limited quantities and rotate throughout the year based on season and availability.
